Once a staple at the legendary Corner Wine Bar, this elegant evening of bubbles and bites returns to bring a sparkling touch to spring. Guests will indulge in 11 glasses of fine champagne and sparkling wine, expertly paired with heavy appetizers to complement each pour. Your host will guide you through five exquisite flights, offering insights into each selection before culminating the night with a dramatic sabrage demonstration—a ceremonial sword sabering of a champagne bottle. Whether you’re a connoisseur or simply love a good toast, this is an evening not to be missed!
