My Dad, Jack Blevins (2nd from left), worked at Naegele. He and his partner painted the mural designed by Hobart (middle), and were honored by then Mayor Dick Lugar at the dedication. It was the first public art mural in Indianapolis, and it’s a fantastic design! It should definitely be restored! – Stan Blevins
